These wonderful placemats are a terrific way to protect your table in a rustic cottage manner.

All placemats are live edged.  We sand them up to 4000 grit in the finishing buffer sand.  We finish them with an eco-friendly finish from Germany.  It is durable, safe, and can be maintained simply by wiping with a damp cloth.  In Germany, it is used on hardwood floors and childrens' toys.  Each placemat has four small rubber feet to maintain stability and to prevent scratching on the table. 

Each placemat is one of a kind.  They increase the pleasures and earthiness of dining. 

Each weighs approximately 2 lbs and is approximately 17" x 14" x 1/2 " thick. They are cross cuts of reclaimed black cherry.
