The cabinet body is assembled at the factory (no brackets for screws).  The outside perimeter is 7-ply plywood, the center body and cross bears are laminated 14-ply.  There are support braces over the leg mounts to provide greater strength.  All the joints are glued and contain support blocks.  Once assembled, the cabinet is machined to a flat surface to within 3/1000 of an inch.
