We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible which is not easy with rising gas costs. We offer both delivery and pickup at our factory in Dundalk, Ontario.
We use our own truck for close deliveries which means we will help bring it into your house. For further deliveries we outsource the delivery which means they may only delivery to your driveway and you have to bring into your home or cottage. We do our best to get the items in your home but not all shipping companies will offer this service.
Our shipping costs are based on the price of the goods. When you enter your address and postal code the shipping price will appear. At this time you will have the option to select delivery or pickup.
We delivery to cottages and chalets. In general, the average delivery cost for Southern Ontario is between $60-$110.
NOTE: Hammocks ship for FREE
Our factory is located in Dundalk, Ontario where you can pickup the wood products. Some of our other products such as bedding, lamps and decor are made in other factories and may need to be shipped. If you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com
We ship a variety of products, but most of the information below is in regards to shipping furniture and decor.
Inspect all items for damages.
If there are any damages, please note these on the delivery receipt (sometimes called a bill of lading) and not not accept the delivery if product looks damaged.
Call or email our customer service department immediately upon discovery of damage.

FREIGHT TRUCK POLICY: Before you accept any Freight products check for damage. Once you sign the paperwork by the truckline freight company you become the legal owner of the product and we can not file a damage claim; you will be responsible for filing a claim. This is a standard by all Trucking Companies and is the standard with all of our competition. If you find the item is damaged. Write damaged on the bill of lading and inform us. We will be happy to handle the claim on your behalf and ship out a new one to you ASAP.
Product Warranties and Returns
We warranty all products against defects while being shipped. The purchaser is responsible for filing any claims with the shipping company if a product arrives damaged. We will assist the purchaser with any such claims if requested. In providing this assistance, Log Furniture and more does not assume any responsibility.
An RMA number is a returned merchandise authorization number issued by Log Furniture and more . It is the ONLY way to return merchandise. All goods returned to us must be accompanied by an RMA number.
How to get an RMA number
Customer must provide Log Furniture and more with a copy of the original invoice, the reason for return; and comply with the conditions listed below. Customer may call to request an RMA number at 1-800-557-0985 or e-mail us at email@example.com . An RMA number will be issues based on the following criteria:
Valid manufacturer's warranty is in effect; Item was found defective upon delivery and shipping agent was found not responsible for damage or defect; Customer pays return shipping costs.
All returned items must be in their original packing.
All custom work is final and not returnable unless defective workmanship is determined. Defective custom-made items will be repaired, not refunded. Customer is responsible for sizing accuracy and color choices ordered. Returns may be authorized by Log Furniture for credit against future purchases or exchange, but will not be refunded.
Let me say this one more time - When the furniture is delivered by a freight company the furniture must be inspected and signed for as damaged if there is any damage or even if you think there may be damage.
In most cases it will be just one piece that is damaged and we can send you a replacement part or piece. If the entire order is damaged refuse the shipment. The freight company will return the damaged furniture to us at no cost to you. Give us a call at 1-800-557-0985 and inform us of the damage. We will get replacements out to you ASAP. We want you happy and satisfied with your order from us. Please be sure to keep all of your paperwork as we may need copies for the freight claim.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Most of the furniture, decor, art and bedding takes 2-4 weeks to produce. You will be informed of any longers delays.
If you need your furniture within a certain time frame please order early and make a note in the comments on when you would like your furniture. We will do our best to meet your expectations.
